Betty C. Boyle
"Art is unending! Drawing and painting have always challenged me to look for a new subject or another scene to tackle. I'm inspired by other artists' work and I always hope to do a better painting with my 'next' attempt."

Welcome to Betty C. Boyle's Gallery

Welcome to the "electronic" version of my studio at the Betty C. Boyle Gallery. Though I'd love to meet each of you personally, I hope this web site will provide a convenient way for you to get to know my work, and an easy way to order the artwork you choose. A few points of interest:

If you would like to visit my actual gallery, we would be delighted to have you visit us. The gallery is open by "appointment only" so please call us in advance to make arrangements at (317)252-5652.

Giclee(zhee-klay)- The term "giclee print" connotes an elevation in printmaking technology. Images are generated from high resolution digital scans and printed with archival quality inks onto various substrates including canvas, fine art, and photo-base paper. The giclee printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction. Giclee prints are created typically using professional 8-color ink-jet printers. Another tremendous advantage of giclee printing is that digital images can be reproduced to almost any size and onto various media, giving the artist the ability to customize prints. The quality of the giclee print rivals traditional silver-halide and gelatin printing processes and is commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries.
